Integrated Safety are a Health and Safety consultancy with a focus on providing practical, expert assistance and advice to NZ businesses.  We can help with all aspects of health and safety management, from setting up or reviewing customised health and safety systems to supporting you to ensure your company's day to day safety at work is the best it can be.

 

Our trained and experienced consultants work across many sectors – from high risk environments in the road, rail and civil construction businesses, to warehousing facilities, offices and retail stores.  In all of these workplaces our focus is on providing practical, actionable health and safety solutions, designed to keep your workers motivated, engaged, and above all, safe.

 

We understand that health and safety legislation can be intimidating and seem an onerous addition to your already busy work day so we work to two goals – first to make your business compliant with your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act, and secondly to engage with your workers on the front line to find health and safety solutions that work for them.

How can we help you?

Do you already have a health and safety system in place, but aren’t sure if it’s compliant or aren’t confident it’s really working for your business?  We offer a free of charge assessment of the current state of your systems and will provide our recommendations on improvement, as well as a fixed cost to implement the changes required.  All of the work we do for you will comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015).

Do you need a brand new health and safety system for your business that will comply with the Act, and be practical for your workers?  We can work with you to provide a customised plan, with practical guidelines designed specifically for your workplace.  Our assessment of your requirements is free of charge, and then we work to a fixed cost to set up your systems.  All of the work we do for you will comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015).

Once we’ve set up your health and safety system, we don’t charge a set monthly or annual fee, we’re available for an hourly rate to help when you need us.  Services we provide to our clients on a regular basis include:

  • Attending and providing advice at employee health and safety meetings

  • Workplace safety audits, with findings and recommendations provided in a written report

  • Training of new staff

  • Risk register reviews and updates

  • Developing site or job specific safety procedures (eg. JSEA and SWMS)

  • Contractor/sub-contractor safety system assessments

  • Independent incident investigations following the recognised ICAM system, with findings and recommendations provided in a written report
